The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod and WE CAN Partner to Offer Homeownership Workshop

May 12, 2025 (Hyannis, Mass.) – The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod and WE CAN, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, have partnered to present a free homeownership workshop on Thursday, May 22.

The workshop, designed to help women navigate the home buying process with confidence, will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the bank’s Falmouth branch, 238 Worcester Court.

Johanna Zarra, a residential mortgage loan officer at The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, and Emily Swartz, broker/owner at Coastal Homes Realty Group, will lead the workshop. Both women are also WE CAN volunteers. During the workshop, attendees will receive expert insights, practical tips and resources to make informed decisions on the journey to homeownership.
