New Grades for Fall 2024 reflect national recognition for commitment to patient safety (Hyannis, MA, November 15, 2024) — Cape Cod Hospital earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade and Falmouth Hospital earned a “B” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an independent, national nonprofit watchdog focused on patient safety.
