Community Health Center Welcomes Two Staff Members to Leadership Team

Mashpee – Community Health Center is proud to welcome Kate Hopkins and Julie Quintero-Schulz to their staff.


Kate Hopkins, RN, MBA is an experienced leader in the health care field, with over 20 years of experience in health care strategy, operations, finance and business development. Kate received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her Master of Business Administration at Boston University. Her previous leadership experience includes working at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME and Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Most recently, she served as CEO of Community Dental in Maine. As chief operations officer (COO) at Community Health Center, Kate will supervise nursing services, care management and practice operations.

Julie Quintero-Schulz joins CHC as a proven leader with a wide-ranging skill set including marketing, event management, data analysis and reporting, sales, customer relations and more. Julie earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA before receiving a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University in Boston. Most recently, Julie served as executive director of the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce where she made significant impact on local Mashpee businesses. With almost 20 years of professional experience in varying roles, Julie is joining CHC as chief of staff, to ensure the organization continues to advance its strategic and operational goals.
