Falmouth Community Television (FCTV) is excited to announce the return of its popular monthly event, Poetic License, on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 6 PM. This month, we are thrilled to welcome back the talented and warm Donna Scheer as the host, guiding us through an evening of creativity, expression, and intrigue. The suggested theme for this edition is “mystery,” inviting participants to explore the unknown, the unexplained, and the puzzling aspects of life through poetry, spoken word, and storytelling. Performers are encouraged to interpret the theme in their own unique way—or to share any original work that inspires them. Interested performers will be given up to 4 minutes to present an original piece. Whether you're a seasoned performer or taking the stage for the first time, Poetic License offers a supportive, community-centered platform to share your creative expression. Join us on October 24 at 6 PM at FCTV for an evening filled with words, wonder, and mystery. For more information or to sign up to perform, email tony@fctv.org.
