CIUW will welcome supporters to seaside course to raise critical funding for services Hyannis, MA — Cape & Islands United Way (CIUW), a nonprofit organization on a mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our communities to advance the common good on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket, will host its annual charity golf tournament, Golf United, on September 23, 2024, at the Hyannisport Club. The annual tournament welcomes supporters to play at the exclusive course in Hyannis while supporting CIUW’s community initiatives and programs. The day includes lunch, a 12:30 PM shotgun start, and a cocktail reception with food and an open bar. Entering its fourth year, Golf United is an annual opportunity for sponsors and participants to showcase their organizations while supporting the work of CIUW. Hosted at the Hyannisport Club, this event also offers participants access to the exclusive club otherwise closed to non-club members. An Alex Findlay golf course, redesigned by Donald Ross in 1936, the Hyannisport Club course weaves around the tidal marshes of Nantucket Sound, with water visible from every hole.
