Falmouth, MA - The engaging world of words and music from local creators awaits you as Poetic License, the beloved monthly open mic television program, makes its grand return to Falmouth Community Television (FCTV) on November 16 at 7 p.m. This open mic evening is a special opportunity to honor and showcase the diverse talents of Falmouth's poets, storytellers, and musicians. FCTV eagerly invites participants from the Falmouth area to share their original poems, stories, songs, or spoken word performances, each lasting no more than four minutes, in a celebration of artistic expression. At the heart of this artistic gathering is the talented Donna Scheer, our esteemed host for the evening. Donna brings a wealth of experience in poetry and vocal performances, promising to create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere for all in attendance. This unique event is an open invitation to artists of all backgrounds and skill levels to become part of our thriving artistic community. Every performer will have an exclusive four-minute slot to illuminate the audience with their original poem, story, or song. It's a chance to captivate the crowd with your creative voice and unique expressions.
