Mashpee – Community Health Center has come a long way in the last quarter century and is proud to celebrate its 25th Anniversary of Creating Healthier Communities in 2023. CHC is hosting a Treasures of Good Health Celebration to honor this wonderful milestone on Friday, October 13 at Willowbend. The event will feature great food, drinks, live music, auction and company. This culminating event of the 25th Anniversary year will be a memorable night to recognize this important milestone and CHC’s history. Support for this event will help Community Health Center continue to provide access to wrap-around services and programs that make a positive difference in the lives of so many in the community. For many patients, access to high quality, integrated care services is essential to preventing devastating health crises and costly hospitalizations. CHC can continue to offer increased access to vital programs and services to patients thanks to events like this, and the generosity of a supportive community.
