Please join us in welcoming Erin Sullivan to the WE CAN team. Erin is our new Director of Development and Marketing, and she is responsible for implementing an integrated development and marketing strategy to support WE CAN’s growth and strategic goals. A big job! Lisa Guyon, WE CAN's Executive Director, says "Erin joins us at an exciting moment of expansion and growth. Her experience working with women and families, volunteers, and donors will increase WE CAN's community engagement across the Cape." Erin is a nonprofit professional with an impressively wide range of experiences, which give her a unique view of nonprofit operations. She started her journey with nonprofits as a victim advocate volunteer for the Eagle County Sherriff’s Department in Colorado. During her career, she has worked in family planning, domestic and sexual violence, health care and hospice, and most recently as Vice President of Community and Donor Relations at 18 Degrees in Pittsfield, MA. Erin says, "I am honored to join the team at WE CAN. This organization is founded on the collective effort to care for our neighbors - that is social change.
