(FAIRHAVEN, MA – February 7, 2023) – CEO Carmen Sylvester is pleased to introduce new promotions to the management team. Kimberly Trahan has been promoted to Chief Human Resource Officer. Trahan joined Alltrust Credit Union in August 2018 as Vice President Human Resource and has over 26 years of human resource experience in the financial service industry. Trahan has led the Human Resource department becoming a resource for staff. In her new role, Trahan will manage all aspects of the Human Resource Department including working closely with managers regarding recruiting, benefit administration, performance, career development, and overseeing the training program. Michael Gago has been promoted to Chief Lending and Operations Officer. Gago has been with Alltrust Credit Union since June of 2018 as Chief Lending Officer. During his time, Gago extended his background in various aspects of consumer, residential, and commercial lending; financial management; and financial analysis. In addition to all lending responsibilities, he will also be overseeing retail operations and deposit operations. Stephanie Medeiros has been promoted to Senior Vice President Retail Operations and Compliance. Medeiros has been with Alltrust Credit Union since July 2018 as Vice President Operations. Medeiros is responsible for the daily management of deposit services and has been instrumental in developing new products and services to offer our members. In addition to her current responsibilities, she will be working closely with all branch managers to focus on retail operations, as well as with the compliance team. Vanessa Roque has been promoted to Operations Manager. Roque joined Alltrust Credit Union in 2003 as a teller in Fairhaven. In 2015, she then moved to work in the Operations Department as an Operations Specialist. In her new role, Roque will manage the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), retail loan servicing, and deposit operations.
