(FAIRHAVEN, MA –January 9, 2023) – Gerald “Jerry” Rego has joined Alltrust Credit Union as the Vice President of Business Banking and Commercial Loan Officer. Rego has over 20 years of commercial lending experience. His past portfolio includes working with large and small businesses throughout the community. His most recent role was the Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer at Bristol County Savings Bank. Rego enjoys establishing relationships with businesses and helping them strive towards their goals. It brings him joy to know that the work he puts in helps make businesses succeed. “We welcome Jerry to Alltrust,” stated Carmen Sylvester, President and Chief Executive Officer. “His commitment towards businesses and commercial lending will help us better serve our business members. We are excited to have him on our team.” In his new role, Rego will be working directly with our lending and business banking team serving business members. He will be developing and building new business memberships through joining community events and networking. Rego will also be establishing new loan opportunities and working with businesses to provide funding for their needs. Rego is surrounded by his wife, son and daughter in Dartmouth, MA. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army of Fall River, and he is also a mentor for the EforAll of the South Coast.
