Annual event on December 8 aims to gather feedback from the public Hyannis, MA (November 29, 2022) – Cape Cod Healthcare will host its annual open meeting for the public to solicit feedback on its Community Benefits programs on Thursday, December 8, at the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors in West Yarmouth. Welcoming feedback on the needs of our community at this public event will include: • Overview of the 2023-2025 Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) Community Health Needs Assessment and strategic implementation plan. • Recognition of our recent grantees. • Networking opportunities with community members and organizations. The event will be held 10-11 a.m. on Dec. 8, 2022, at the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, 22 Mid-Tech Drive, West Yarmouth. The event is free, but registration is required.
