Mashpee – Community Health Center welcomes Cindy Theodore to their team as Chief Clinical Operations Officer. In this role, she will oversee nursing services, complex care management and additional ancillary services at Community Health Center. Cindy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. She went on to receive her Master of Science at Boston College, William F. Connell School of Nursing, and is a 2023 candidate for a Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree at Simmons College. Cindy has extensive experience in the health care field, working as a nurse for the Boston Public Health Commission for several years, followed by positions at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center where she served as Clinical Administrative Director and at Pappas Rehab Hospital for Children where she served as Chief Nursing Officer. Community Health Center provides care to anyone in the community who needs it in a "complete medical home" model, where multidisciplinary, integrated health services are provided under one roof.
