First annual event on December 2 aims to gather feedback from the public Hyannis, MA (November 22, 2021) – Cape Cod Healthcare will host its first annual open meeting for the public to solicit feedback on its Community Benefits programs on Thursday, December 2, at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis. Welcoming feedback on the needs of our community at this public event will include: • A review of the 2020-2022 Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) Community Health Needs Assessment and strategic implementation plan. • A presentation and update of the 2021 fiscal year CCHC Community Benefits programs and 2022 fiscal year plans. • Networking opportunities with community members and organizations. The event will be held 4:45-5:30 p.m. on December 2, 2021, at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa, 1225 Iyannough Road, Hyannis. The event is free, but registration is required.
