Good Grief Cape Cod announces its 2nd seasonal Expressive Art Family Camp Day to be held on Saturday March 14th at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel located at 350 Quaker Road in North Falmouth. Children and their families and caregivers will have the opportunity to explore the world of expressive art therapies as coping tools for grief. Join our friends of Watermelon Alligator Theatre Co, Shara Bonpietro LHMC, 508 Dance Therapy, Sam Holmstock of Drumming Strategies for Healing, Dance Fitness with Donna, Dr. Anastasia Galanapolus of Galanapolus Education and Training, and Amy Wyman of Good Grief Cape Cod as they provide thought provoking workshops for participants of all ages. These workshops will offer drama ,dance, drumming, visual arts, mindfulness in our daily lives and healthy eating habits, all important topics that can be used as tools when grieving any type of loss. Take time to relax and treat yourself to a massage with Taylor, try some Color Street Nails with Beth, and learn about Essential Oils.
