The co-Executive Directors will serve jointly as the public face and spokespersons for the organization, cultivating a culture of excellence and collaborative management geared toward elevating all aspects of the operation. “Over the past six months we have come together and created a strong working relationship built on communication, transparency, and a respect for the individual strengths we each bring to the table – this is why we have no doubt we can lead jointly. Together we have discussed our shared vision for Highfield and are excited with the potential,” said Lisa Walker speaking on behalf of the Co-Executive Directors. In addition to their shared responsibilities, each will continue in their original administrative roles.
