Graf comes to Cape Abilities from the Animal Rescue League of Boston, where she served as the organization’s first Cape Cod-based development officer. Between community involvement, volunteer efforts, and dedicated work, Graf brings a decade of experience in fundraising and event planning. She has a proven track record of success in connecting donor interests with community needs. “We are thrilled to welcome Mairead to Cape Abilities as our Director of Development,” said James Barnes, Vice President of Philanthropy and Engagement. “Her positive leadership will strengthen our team, while helping us to raise funds to continue providing top-class supports and services for individuals.” A Keene State College alum, Graf has been actively engaged with the Cape Cod community.
