Fairhaven, Mass. March 8, 2021 – Loren J. Sarno has joined Southern Mass Credit Union (SMCU) as a Commercial Lending Officer. Sarno has several years of commercial lending and small business relationship experience. Her most recent role was as Small Business Relationship Manager with Santander. Sarno enjoys interacting with business owners to help them achieve their goals. She believes in building a quality relationship built on trust to gain a mutual respect with her customers and business colleagues. “Loren’s dynamic personality and commercial lending knowledge make her an asset to our members and the Credit Union,” stated Michael Gago, Chief Lending Officer. “She understands the commercial lending business and is committed to assisting business owners with product placement and finding lending solutions suitable for their business needs.” Sarno is a resident of West Bridgewater with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys working on home improvement projects, going to the gym, and helping her daughter with her schoolwork, student council, dance class and Girl Scout activities.
