Who should apply? This program has been designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs, providing tactical advice and collaboration with other local businesses, to help you overcome an unprecedented economic disruption. Starting and managing a small business for success is both exhilarating and challenging in normal times. The COVID pandemic has added many layers of difficulty and complexity to this process. In this practical 20-hour course, participants will examine key factors for success, reflect upon the current situation in their businesses and plans for recovery as we emerge from the pandemic. Schedule: March 29th – April 28th, Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00 pm Space is Limited. Apply Online! Using a structure of (1) Reflection (2) Restarting Today and (3) Re-energizing for Tomorrow, along with aligned worksheets, participants will examine key business topics including: • Solving customers’ problems and meeting needs • Business planning • Engaging and retaining the team • Cash flow, financial sustainability & operational efficiency • Customer engagement and marketing • Wrap-up and plans for Success • Application Process • Complete an online Program Application • Applications will be reviewed as they are received This program is offered in partnership with Cape Cod Community College Educational Foundation.
