At The Coop, we are committed to doing our part to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus. We have been operating for the past week with drive-up only access at our branches and have asked that customers make appointments for in-person services. This has gone well and we appreciate our customers and employees adjusting to this, as we are used to so many of you visiting the branches every day. The good news is that last week we were able to serve most customers with few issues and only a handful of transactions required lobby access at each branch. Changes to Branch Operations Due to the evolving spread of COVID-19 in Massachusetts, Gov. Charlie Baker issued a stay-at-home order, effective noon Tuesday, March 24, until noon Tuesday, April 7. His administration has asked that non-essential businesses cease in-person operations and residents stay home, avoid unnecessary travel and other unnecessary activities during this two-week time period. Banks are designated as essential service providers so to comply with this order and keep our customers and employees safe, we are changing our daily operations. We will operate our drive-up windows according to normal business hours and do our best to serve all of your banking service needs. Unfortunately based on the Governor's order, we will not be able to make appointments for lobby service from noon tomorrow, Tuesday, March 24 through noon Tuesday, April 7. If you have an urgent banking service need, please contact our Customer Assistance Center or your branch location. Ways you can bank As a reminder, we have the following options available 24/7.
