February 18, 2020 – Carmen Sylvester, Southern Mass Credit President and CEO, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kimberly Trahan to Senior Vice President Human Resources. Trahan joined the senior management team at SMCU in August 2018. Trahan has 25 years of Human Resource experience in the financial services industry having previously been with Fall River Municipal Credit Union and BankFive. In her elevated role, Trahan will assume an increased level of responsibility within the human resource function. She will be the primary contact in the capacity of advisor and business partner with the senior management and branch management teams.
