I provide peronal and professional development for anyone interested in improving their resiliency. I am a certified instructor for the Benson-Henry Institute at MA General Hospital Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) Program.

This 9 week class meets for 90 minutes each session. We use a manual created by the Benson-Henry Institute. It's a great program for anyone who would like to improve their ability to elicit the Relaxation Response when their stress response is triggered.
