Hope Hospice, part of the HopeHealth family of services, announced new community bereavement support groups to be held in Brockton, Falmouth, Hyannis, Mansfield and Middleborough beginning in June. All support groups provide a safe, confidential and supportive setting for anyone experiencing loss or grief. Programs are led by licensed professionals from Hope Hospice with specialized training and extensive experience. Registration Advance registration is required for all support groups. Please call to register or for more information. All groups are free and open to the public. New members can join within the first two weeks of the group’s official start. Meets Wednesdays, June 28 – August 2, 2017, 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Hyannis, HopeHealth, 765 Attucks Lane • Spousal/Partner Loss: For adults who have lost a spouse or significant other in the past year. Meets Thursdays, July 13 – August 17, 2017, 10:30 p.m. – 12:00 p.m. • Pre-Teen Grief Support Group: For children who have lost a loved one (must be accompanied by an adult family member or guardian). There will be a craft project and pizza will be provided. Meets for two Mondays, July 17, 2017 and July 24, 2017, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mansfield, Mansfield Public Library, 255 Hope St. • Coping with Grief: A presentation for adults who have experienced a loss.
