Edgartown, MA – Martha’s Vineyard Bank is proud to announce “Donation Jeans,” an internal fundraiser to benefit the Coast Guard Spouses Association of Menemsha, and also announcing that Island Food Panty baskets and Falmouth Service Center baskets will go into all Martha’s Vineyard Bank branch lobbies on Friday, February 1, 2019. “Donation Jeans” will coincide with the upcoming excitement of Superbowl LIII, with the local Patriots in the big game. Bank staff can donate $10 for the ability to wear Patriot Gear and nice jeans to work on “Patriot’s Friday,” February 1, 2019. This money will help the Island’s coast guard families, who were among those hit by the partial government shutdown. Island Food Panty baskets and Falmouth Service Center baskets will remain in all Martha’s Vineyard Bank lobbies, both on Martha’s Vineyard and in Falmouth, through the month of February - as March is the peak time for need.
