I wrote a review a couple days ago and the owner responded with a nasty comment, thus proving I was right about their customer service.
They also tried to say I wasn't on their tour, so I am posting proof here that it was their tour I was on for sure, (assuming I can post a photo of their email when I get done with this part.)
Here is the review:
"Tour was just okay. We didn't stop at things people clearly wanted to stop at and there was a lot that no one cared about. The driver (my wife said his name was Richard) was anxious to get through the tour because there was so much to see in 3 hours... I'm like, okay then let's stop at the stuff people want to take pics of and blow off the rest of this crap.
He also zoomed by and barely slowed down long enough to take a photo of something other than the back of the hand of the person sitting in front of you... the hand that was still there because they didn't have time to take a pic either.
The driver also talked about Obama and Clinton the ENTIRE tour. I lost count at 8 stories. (This is not an exaggeration.) (Owner denied this could be true... ask anyone else who was on this tour... and I'm sure he uses these stories consistently.)
I'm not a staunch anti-dem, but this was simply ridiculous. If Obama ever comes to a sudden stop this guy's head will end up mid-colon or so. Surgery might be necessary.
Anyway, I would try a different one if I were you. Tries to pack in too much."
(Owner also said they never wanted me to book with them again... lol, pretty sure I wasn't going to?)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Darla T.Spanish Fort, AL19863May 2, 2022

Philip our tour guide was fantastic! He was personal and knowledge. Born on the island, and with a useful mix of tour guide and bartending, he knew all of the vineyard's hidden secrets, and had a story to go with every one. From celebrity estates to the Methodist camp meeting to the seafood market in Menemsha, we were treated to a real sense of Martha's Vineyard. Extra credit for sending us to 20byNine, for one of the finest whiskey bar experiences of my life! Thanks, Philip!

We had the most rude obnoxious brutish tour driver I've ever come across. He said "it's been a long season and he's tired". Then he told us he'd throw them off the bus if saw their nose wasn't covered. He was yelling at others telling them to "move on" as to they were trying to ask a question.
Someone else was trying to make an inquiry and said I have to go. Extremely unpleasant tone and attitude. Poor representative of your company. We were there on Monday going from Oak Bluffs to Edgertown about10:00-10:30.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michelle J.Orlando, FL107137340Jun 8, 2019
Our driver, Philip was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I was disappointed with the tour itself. The island is gorgeous and shopping, restaurants and sights are plentiful. However, we spent 3 hours sitting in a warm van (the windows don't open, the a/c was spotty). All the sites were pointed out to us - but we only stopped 3 times for 15 minutes each - to take a quick photo.
We learned quite a lot - about architecture, the rates of property taxes, where the nicest parts of town are (spoiler alert its chillmark) and who are the islands famous residents. Interesting - sure. But 3 hours worth was too touristy for me.
I felt our time would have been better spent enjoying the weather on foot and cabbing to one or two spots.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Karen W.Vineyard Haven, Vineyard Haven, MA411Sep 20, 2018

Ken was our tour guide. Professional, knowledgeable, and fun! The three hours went by so quickly. The van seats were very comfortable, large windows making it very easy to take pics and video if you want. We stopped a few times for 15 minutes, plenty of time to pick up a snack , use the bathroom, stretch your legs . I would recommend it to anyone looking to learn about the Island. Taking the tour as soon as you arrive will help you plan your stay

Our tour was great. Three hours went by REALLY fast - I had a hard time believing it had been three hours. Our guide was super informative and very flexible, since we had a 20 month old traveling with us. We did a private tour and very much enjoyed it.
